FriscoLux Corporate Account Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between FriscoLux LLC ("FriscoLux"), a Texas limited liability company in Frisco, Texas, and the corporate entity identified herein ("Client").

1. Services Provided

FriscoLux provides premium ground transportation within the Frisco–Plano corridor and greater North Dallas Metroplex, including DFW International Airport, Dallas Love Field, and all North Dallas private aviation airports (Addison Airport ADS, Dallas Executive Airport RBD, McKinney National Airport TKI, Denton Enterprise Airport DTO). Services include airport transfers, private aviation / FBO pickups, executive daily transport, hourly as-directed service, client entertainment, and roadshow coordination.

2. Private Aviation Pickups

For private jet and FBO pickups, Client agrees to provide the aircraft tail number (N-number) and estimated arrival time no less than 2 hours prior to landing. FriscoLux will coordinate directly with the FBO for tarmac or terminal access. A $35 FBO coordination fee applies per private aviation pickup. Tarmac standby beyond the 15-minute complimentary window is billed at $20 per 15-minute increment. FriscoLux is not responsible for delays caused by ATC, weather, or FBO access restrictions.

3. Reservations & Cancellation Policy

Advance Notice: Minimum 24 hours preferred. Same-day bookings under 4 hours subject to 15% surcharge and availability. Cancellation: More than 4 hours: no charge. 2–4 hours: 50% of fare. Under 2 hours or no-show: 100% of fare.

4. Rates, Billing & Payment

Rates are as stated in the Corporate Rate Card. Monthly invoices are due Net-30. Per-ride invoices due Net-15. Late invoices (30+ days) accrue 1.5%/month. Service may be suspended for accounts 60+ days past due.

5. Vehicle & Conduct Policy

Smoking, illegal substances, and disruptive behavior are prohibited. Damage caused by passengers is billed at repair cost plus $250 administrative fee. FriscoLux may terminate a ride for misconduct without refund.

6. Confidentiality & Discretion

All passenger identities, travel schedules, flight information, tail numbers, and conversations are strictly confidential. Drivers are trained in executive discretion standards. Client data is never shared without written consent except as required by law.

7. Insurance & Liability

FriscoLux maintains commercial auto and general liability insurance at or above Texas minimums. Maximum liability per claim: fees paid in the prior three months. FriscoLux is not liable for delays caused by weather, ATC holds, flight diversions, or FBO access issues.

8. Term & Termination

12-month initial term from signature date, then month-to-month. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Prepaid retainer balances refunded within 14 days of termination less outstanding charges.

9. Governing Law

Governed by Texas law. Disputes resolved in Collin County, Texas. Class action waived.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement and the Corporate Rate Card constitute the entire agreement between parties and supersede all prior representations.
